Tourism

The Rhone-Alpes region consists of 8 departments each with very different landscapes. Ideally situated within France, the region is perfect for relaxation and well-known for its excellent foods and wines.
Many activities are possible here.
Art lovers can visit the numerous galleries and art museums (the Saint Pierre in Lyon which is the second museum in France after the Louvre, the contemporary art center in Grenoble or the modern art museum in Saint-Etienne). Sport lovers can ski or indulge in water sports at lake Annecy or lake Bourget.

In many local markets, big and small, the gourmet can discover regional specialities (fish from the Dombes and the Loire river, poultry from the Bresse, fruits from the Drome, the cheeses of Savoie and the Beaujolais and Savoie wines).

So take your time and enjoy yourself !
